Villages of Southport

Orlando, Florida

Welcome to the Villages of Southport located in Orlando, Florida.

The Villages of Southport is a 658-unit project located at the Orlando Naval Training Center, which closed in 1994. The Villages of Southport was the first major private sector reuse project at the NTC McCoy Annex property.

The neighborhood is divided into 5 themed villages: Malibu, Portsmouth, Schooner, Island and Bermuda. Within each village, each different floor plan has three exterior elevation options, resulting in over 40 exterior alternatives.

With its solid original construction, modern amenities and fine neighborhood character, The Villages of Southport has become one of Orlando's great neighborhoods.

The revised and approved Architectural Design Review Manual is ready for our homeowners

Declaration of Mandatory HOA
This community has a MANDATORY HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION (HOA) and what that means is that every month the Homeowner pays into the Association dues the amount of $102.00.

There is a 10 day grace period, after which a late fee of $10.00 is charged. If no payments are received for 90 days, your account will be turned over to our attorney (no exceptions) for collection - this could lead to a foreclosure of your home. Once the account is in the attorney's hands, the HOA has no further involvement. It’s the responsibility of the homeowner to make the payment on time.
